Application regulations for accessing video surveillance system in Kinmen Airport

　

　1. According to the regulations of Article 2.5 of “Application Outline for accessing the video surveillance system
　 regarding government information or files in Kinmen Airport” promulgated on June 6, 2006 as per decree no. Jin-
　Jhan-Zong-Zih-(95)-09500019470, “Fees for copying video tapes, NT$100 for 30 minutes tape, NT$150 for 31~60
　minutes tape, NT$200 for 61~90 minutes tape, and NT$250 for more than 91 minute copies, the copying fees do
　not include the blank tape fee”.

　2. Please print this application form, fill in the form and submit (mail) it to the Airport at the latest, a day before
　accessing the video surveillance system.
